- Each product is made-to-order specifically for you, which means we do not hold stock. This allows us to offer unique designs and reduce waste.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Production time: 2–7 business days before shipping (varies by product).
- Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method.
- DYMaison is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR (€) (or converted to your local currency if available).
- Taxes and duties may apply depending on your country. Customers are responsible for any import fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.
- Refunds are only considered if an item arrives damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds will be applied through a 100% discount code.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content on dymaison.store are the property of DYMaison and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- DYMaison is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

No Returns / No Exchanges

As all DYMaison products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review the size guide, product measurements, and product details carefully before placing your order.
If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Any item considered for assistance must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. While we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, we will do our best to help find a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dymaison.store with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- We will review your case and decide at our sole discretion whether compensation will be offered.
10. Compensation Method
At DYMaison, every piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are lost during shipping. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Because our products are created on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Our goal is to deliver quality, confidence, and a premium experience with every order.
If DYMaison determines the product is irreparably damaged, we will issue a one-time 100% discount code equal to the value of the original order or we will refund you the money.
This discount code can be used to place a new order for the same product or another item from our store.
The code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
11. Lost Packages
- DYMaison is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DYMaison is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
