When will I receive my tracking number?
You will usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 days.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.
How fast is the delivery time?
A: Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary:
USA: 3–7 business days in most cases
International: 10–21 business days (can be longer due to customs).
Order Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please double-check your size, address, and details before checkout.
What is the exchange/return policy?
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: No. All products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, style, or preference reasons, however in rare cases we may provide a discount on your next purchase as a goodwill solution.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Depending on the case, you may request a replacement or store credit. Please note that acceptance of such requests is not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case. While cancellations or returns are not available, in some cases we may provide a discount on your next purchase as a goodwill solution.
