- During peak seasons (holidays, sales), production times may be slightly longer.

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Average shipping times:
- Europe (EU): 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
- Please note: These are estimated times and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Rates

- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Tracking

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- DYMaison is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DYMaison is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
