1. Production Time

  • All items are made-to-order.
  • Production time: 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales), production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Average shipping times:

  • Europe (EU): 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
  • Please note: These are estimated times and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping prices may vary depending on your shipping address, region, and order weight.
  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real time. 

To monitor your shipment: go to "Track Order" page and use your order number and email or tracking number.


5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • DYMaison is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
  • If your package is lost, please contact us at support@dymaison.store and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DYMaison is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
